Limitations

FilesWorkflow has certain limitations to ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all users. Here are the key limitations:

1. Task and Workflow Creation Limits:

   • Each user/organization can create up to 200 tasks.

   • Each user/organization can create up to 100 workflows.

2. Workflow Composition Limits:

   • Each workflow can include a maximum of 20 tasks.

3. Task Size Limits:

   • Single task file size is limited to 10MB.

4. Task Execution Time Limits:

   • Each task, whether a browser-task or server-task, has a maximum execution time of 5 minutes.

   • If a task does not complete within 5 minutes, it will be marked as failed.

5. Server-Task Usage:

   • Server-tasks consume server resources and have associated running costs.

   • Only users or organizations with a subscription plan have server-task execution quotas.

6. Runs Limits:

   • Public tasks or workflows have unlimited execution quotas.

   • Private tasks or workflows or server-task have different execution quotas based on the subscription plan. For details, please refer to the Plan Comparison link.
